As an independent Christian church, we accept that Scripture is the final authority in all matters of life. We believe that the Bible is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16), and that God's Holy Spirit inspired the authors of the Bible. We believe it is "a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path" (Psalm 119:105), and that it is "alive and active and it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the hearts of men and women" (Hebrews 4:12).
We believe in One God, the Creator and Sustainer of life; One God existing eternally in three persons, the Triune God: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, three in one. God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God. Jesus is divine, fully human and fully God (John 8:5 & 10:30, Colossians 2:9). He was born of a virgin. He is the Word of God who put on flesh and became a man. He was tempted and He lived a perfect life, and He died and arose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-8).
We believe that every person has worth and value as a creation of God. Every person. We also recognize that everyone has sinned, and we fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Everyone misses God's standard, and the result of sin is death. Our sin separates us from God. We are lost and sick, and need to be saved.
We believe that the forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available through the gift of His Son (John 3:16). God's plan of salvation was sending His Son, Jesus Christ (John 14:6). Jesus is the only way to the Father in heaven.
Once we've heard the message of Salvation through Jesus Christ (we have to hear it first), we choose to trust and believe and have faith that God is who He says He is. We are saved by God's grace, through faith (Ephesians 2:8). We repent and turn from our sin (Acts 2:38). We confess and proclaim that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9). We're buried with Jesus into His death when we are baptized, and raised to a brand new life through His resurrection (Romans 6:3-4). In Christ we are raised as a new creation; the old is gone, all things are new. We are raised with the "in-dwelling" of the Holy Spirit who is our Advocate, our Intercessor, our Comforter, and Counselor (2nd Corinthians 5:17).
As a new Creation, we live by the Spirit (Galatians 5:25). We live by faith (2 Corinthians 5:7), evidenced in our good deeds, faithful to Christ as long as we live (Revelation 2:10), following His example of love, service, compassion, humility, forgiveness, and prayer.
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ on earth, His bride, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and we exist to edify and encourage the saved, and, to share the Gospel with the lost. We are one body with many parts working together (Corinthians 12). Jesus is head of the church, followed by elders, deacons, teachers, and evangelists (Ephesians 4).
We believe that Jesus Christ will return to earth for His bride, the church, and Christians will be joined in heaven forever (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
